Shipping
The shipping and billing address must match for security reasons or your PAYMENT WILL BE REFUNDED. Delivery cannot be altered at any time. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen shipments. Any claims must be made between buyer and carrier.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Due to the fact, that all our items are hand made and made by order. Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing, pending availability, and credit card verification. Production time may be longer depending on our order volume. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
International Shipping
Priority Mail International usually only take 6-12 days to most destinations and most shipment do arrive in a timely fashion, however occasionally we see a package take up to four weeks to reach its destination.
If you have a tracking number, you may check with your local post office to make sure there have not been any delivery attempts or problems in import.
Please keep in mind that you may have a Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country's customs authorities and is based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by each country. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.
