From Doubt to Success: The Power of Believing in Your Vision

I remember when we first started making clothes. I was so excited about our first collection, and I told my close friend that I wanted to do more than just fashion. I wanted to create art. He looked at me with uncertainty in his eyes and said, “You’re doing too much. Stick to clothes.”

That doubt stung, but I didn’t let it stop me. I was determined to bring my vision to life. I pushed forward with my first art exhibit, but things didn’t go as planned. I ran out of money, went broke, and in a moment of desperation, I sold my Rolex, Cuban chain, and my ring just to complete the show. It hurt, but I knew it was the only way. Ironically, that same friend the one who doubted me ended up playing a major part in making the exhibit a success.

Fast forward a few years, and here we are, about to drop our very own mirror, portrait, and pillows things I only dreamed of back then. Looking back, I realize how often the people we love our family and friends might discourage us from pursuing big ideas or stepping outside the box. It’s not because they don’t care, but because they can’t see the vision that burns so brightly inside us. They don’t understand, and that’s okay. What matters is that you see it. And you keep going.
